Many of you who are reading this will be familiar with my routine for the summer. It is a routine that I don’t like to repeat, but at the same time there is no one I love as much as I love it. Every night the skincare routine is the same. I mix up my routine depending on what I have been doing the previous day.
That’s right. The same routine. But the last few months I’ve been getting into more ritualistic aspects of skincare. I am more ritualistic with my skincare routine than ever before. For instance, the second I put my feet in the shower, I go to the bathroom to remove my makeup. The first time I did that, I was so nervous that I ended up skipping the shower. The second time I did that, it felt better.
So, why use a new routine? Well, because it’s the same routine, but in a different way. You can use the same routine, but the way that you do it will affect your skin. So, if you’re like me and are more ritualistic than usual, you’ll notice a difference in the way that you feel after putting your feet into the shower. Maybe like a sudden change of mood.
I think it is because the endorphins that are released during the ritual are actually relaxing. And if you feel like youre doing something right, endorphins are released and you feel good. Some people use the same routine to de-stress, but I think the main reason to do the ritual is to release endorphins.
Like most things in life, rituals and de-stressing are both very important. When one is doing something right, the other is released, and the benefits of both are increased. With endorphins, their release is easier and much easier, and the effect on your mood is much stronger. But if youre doing a ritual and the endorphins aren’t releasing, you will feel worse, because you will be de-stressing.
The difference between a ritual and a de-stress is that a ritual is something you do for your self, and a de-stress is something you do for your self. With the former, its something you do because, say, you are going to perform a ritual or sacrifice. With the latter, its something you do because you want to feel better.
A ritual is a way of life, where everything is planned out. With de-stress, you are doing something to get your mood back. De-stressing is a way of life, where you feel bad and want to do something to feel better. Rituals help you to feel better, and de-stress helps you to feel better.
We’ve all had a ritual to get a little more relaxed at the beach, or to make the house feel a little more habitable. Rituals can be very relaxing, they can be very productive, or they can be very boring. There are many rituals around, whether its getting a massage, getting on a treadmill, or getting some new hair cut. Some rituals are just part of your life.
There are many different ways to get a massage depending on the massage provider. Massages are typically massages, whether it’s one person or an entire team of people working together.
