As soon as I got the chance to start doing the shoot, I was so happy that I didn’t have to wash my hands.
What you have to remember is that skin is one of the first things to break after you exercise yourself. So if you’re not careful, you will end up with a bloody rash on your back, or worse, a nasty infection and possibly even a torn muscle. The best way to avoid that is to keep your body hydrated and to keep your workout simple.
You can get a good supply of pure water at your kitchen tap. But you also have to be careful about what you do with it. Just like with your workout routine, you will want to stay away from too much sugar and too much caffeine. You will want to drink it fast, so that you can get your energy levels back and get on with your workout.
While I don’t recommend drinking liquids during exercise, if you do then you can get serious burns if you don’t drink enough water.
For more effective hydration, I recommend drinking water (8 cups per hour) or even a sports drink with electrolytes (0.3 teaspoons per 4 ounces of water) every hour or two. The same goes for caffeine.
