I am a busy woman, but I find the time to read reviews and spend time with my makeup artist. I’m not the best at self-care but I feel like I’m getting better at it. The good news is that I’m starting to get better at it. I’m not going away overnight and that’s okay.
It’s true. I’m also getting better at the very basics like putting on makeup, taking care of my skin, and moisturizing my skin. I’m also learning to use a lot more make-up, which is also a big step forward. And I’m also getting better at using moisturizers, which I feel is a major accomplishment.
I’m getting better at getting my skin to be more smooth than ever. It’s my most difficult self-care challenge, and I’m starting to get there. The other benefit is that I’m getting better at doing my makeup with my hands. I was so bad at doing it myself I used to put it on with a brush. Now I use a brush, but I’m doing a lot of it with my fingers. That’s a big step forward.
I can’t get over how much I love the idea of a liquid lipstick. I have this awful habit of having to wear a full-on lipstick every day, even if it’s only a smidgen off center. It just takes too much time. I think a good liquid lipstick (if it has a texture) would make it easier to skip the whole process of having to apply it every day.
What I do find quite helpful is the fact that any liquid lipstick will actually be a spray, because your hands are usually the one that apply it (and the spray is almost as fine as the liquid lipstick itself).
I think the biggest problem with liquid lipsticks (and I’ve tried so many of them) is that they are often too thick to wear. This is because the thickest part of the liquid lipstick is where you put your finger, which makes applying it a little difficult. What I recommend is trying out a liquid lipstick that is a bit thinner, which is usually more flexible. This should help with the whole texture issue, plus it’s much easier to apply.

The book is for adults, so it doesnt cover the basics of skincare. But if youre an adult with dry skin, or any skin that needs some fresh air, the book is well worth a read. This book is one of the most informative books Ive ever read on skincare, and I would recommend it to anyone with dry skin.
