The purpose of this post is to encourage you to think about your thoughts, intentions, and actions, and how you can start to understand them. To me, it is important to know that I am not a “skintone” chart person. If I can remember how I have been feeling about something for a few days, months, or years, it doesn’t mean that I have a problem with it and am saying that it is wrong.
The reason I have such a hard time keeping track of my thoughts and intentions is because we have so many different ways to look at things. In a small field you might be looking at a table, or a list, or even a few words.
I think I have a really big problem with having these things. I’ve been thinking about them a lot, but I have no idea what they are. That’s a huge part of the problem. If I have a list of things I think I want to start thinking about, I mean, I probably would have to start thinking about other things, too.
If you’re looking to think about something you want to start thinking about, you probably have a list of things you want to start thinking about. Think of it like a list of things you want to do. Some people list the things they want to do, and a few of them list the things they don’t want to do. A list of things you’d like to do is a list of things you want to do.
The more you think about something, the more you’ll probably want it.
I think we need to get going on the list. We need to think about the things we want to do. Now, we wouldve done a lot more without trying on any of the lists, but I think we need to think about something else.
You can think about a list of things you want to do and you can probably think about a list of things youd like to do but don’t want to do. That’s pretty much the opposite of what we’re going to do here. This week we’ll be discussing lists of things you want to do and things youd like to do.

Skintone is a system for ranking things from favorite to least favorite. People use it to decide what to do with their lives. Skintone is also a great tool for helping people keep track of what they’d like to do.
Skintone is probably the most common system for self awareness. What makes it unique is how it ranks the things youd like to do (or not, or not quite yet). Instead of focusing on what you dont like, you focus on what youd like to do. This makes it easier for us to tell if we have any habits or tendencies that we need to work on.
