I have been using Garnier Water Rose for quite a few years now, and I have to say, I am loving it. I have always been a fan of Garnier water rose, but I have never felt the need to purchase it until now. The rose has a fresh, earthy flavor and a nice floral fragrance that is just that bit more subtle than what I am used to from Garnier.
